Keerthy Suresh

Keerthy Suresh is an Indian actor, born on 17 October 1992. Her movies are mostly in Tamil or Telugu and Telugu, however, she appears in a few Malayalam films. The actress was awarded the National Film Awards' Best Actress award for portraying Savitri the actor in the Telugu Film Mahanati (2018). Additionally, she was awarded an award from the Filmfare Award South and three SIIMA Awards. Keerthy, her mother is Menaka G. Suresh, film producer G. Suresh Kumar is an actress in her early years. She began her career as a child actor during the 2000s, and later returned to films after studying fashion design. Her debut lead role came in 2013's Malayalam film Geethaanjali. She went on to star in successful films such as Ring Master (2014), Rajinimurugan (2016), Remo (2016), Bairavaa (2017), Nenu Local (2017), Sandakozhi 2 (2018), Mahanati (2018), Sarkar (2018), Sandakozhi 2 (2018), Penguin (2020), Miss India (2021), Good Luck Sakhi (2022) and Sarkaru Vaari Paata (2022). Keerthy's first film outside Malayalam was the romantic comedy Idhu Maayam (2015) which she acted in with Vikram Prabhu. The movie was not a success in the theater. The director is A. L. Vijay along alongside Vikram and Vikram, who premiered Idhu Enna Maayam in 2015. The movie didn't do much, but it did get released. A busy schedule during 2015 resulted in her having choose to stay out of movies which she had already started making, such as Krishna's Maane Thaene Paeye and Deekay's Kavalai Vendam in order to accommodate bigger projects. She consequently worked on two films together with Sivakarthikeyan quickly, Rajini Murugan and Remo and also played the main part in Prabhu Solomon's Thodari and Dhanush.Her Telugu debut was planned to be Ainaa Ishtam Nuvvu. It was delayed from 2015 with reports that it will be released after September, 2020 under the name Janakitho Nenu. Nenu Sailaja (2016), which featured Ram Pothineni as the actor was the debut film of Keerthy's. Keerthy was first seen in Bairavaa opposite Vijay and directed by Bharathan.
